All new patient who would like to register with the practice, please click on green appointment icon the right top corner to fill the appointment form& submit. We will reply your request as soon as possible. You can also collect the new patient form from reception as well.
We are accepting new NHS patients. All new patients or existing patients do require an NHS number to book a Dental appointment. Please have your NHS number ready before ringing the reception on 01753550888. Our staff can communicate in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Romanian with patients who require this.
We are daily accepting patients on a private basis.
If you would like a consultation for independent/private dental work you can call the practice directly or fill the form by clicking on the green appointment icon on the top right stating private and submit.
